NOTICE REGARDING TENANT BADGES & GATE ACCESS
MAY 2011 - As a reminder, the Metropolitan Airport Authority does NOT allow tenants to access vehicle or walk-thru gates unless they are in compliance with the airport’s security program.  Tenants who try to access airport gates without a valid badge are in violation of the airport’s security program and will have their badge confiscated.  All airport badge holders must be in compliance with airport rules and regulations.

It will be the tenant’s responsibility to schedule and complete the necessary training before they have their badge issued, updated and returned to them.

In addition, no one should ever allow access to any person who does not have a valid badge.  Thanks in advance for your cooperation and please report all suspicious activity to the Airport’s Dispatch Center at (309) 757-1739.

NOTICE REGARDING BADGE EXPIRATION DATES!

MARCH 2011 - For many of our South Side Tenants including those holding MLI GA AOA Badges, many are set to expire soon.

Please, look at your badge and check the expiration date. You must make an appointment for renewal with Lisa Hannon, Security Coordinator, at (309) 757-1746 or request an appointment via email to: lhannon@qcairport.com BEFORE the expiration date occurs. Those who do not renew prior to expiration will lose access immediately upon the expiration date listed on the badge, and will have to start the application process from the beginning.
